Return Policy

Return Eligibility:

  1. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  2. All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and attached.
  3. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.

Return Procedure:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at help@motor-x.org within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our Customer Service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  4. Pack the item(s) securely, include all original packaging and accessories, and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping:

  1. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  2. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

Refund/Exchange Process:

  1. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process the refund or exchange within [X] business days.

  3. Exchanges will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected.

Exceptions:
